Prevent + Protect offers a Microsoft Teams client, allowing users to complete tasks and interact with the system within a familiar productivity environment. Frontline teams can access P+P directly in Teams, minimising app switching, enabling integrated chat, and delivering notifications—all within a secure, unified platform. We support this integration in the P+P Web client and the App.
Alongside MS Teams integration, Microsoft 365 connectivity lets P+P users check availability, schedule tasks, and access jobs directly from Outlook. Emails and attachments can be uploaded or downloaded to jobs within Outlook, while SharePoint Online automatically stores documents in your SharePoint environment. Because P+P is a unified COTS solution, these benefits apply across all user applications.
