LearnPro Group is delighted to announce our recent P+P user satisfaction results

The survey results were gathered in collaboration with a leading UK fire and rescue service. Data included responses from around 150 frontline fire and rescue professionals, whose roles covered prevention and protection duties.

Key findings highlighted:

77% of respondents said P+P could save at least 5 to 20+ minutes per visit.

61% of those surveyed used P+P on tablets, and 39% used smartphones.

97% of users surveyed rated the look and feel as Good or Very Good.

93% of respondents found it easy to use86% praised its intuitiveness.

The feedback was gathered as part of surveys conducted with Fire & Rescue Services over several days, with crew members, as they used the app to complete Visits and other tasks on both tablet and phone devices.

No formal training was provided—each participant undertook the activity following a brief ten-minute demonstration.
