We’ve made some exciting improvements to the Prevent + Protect platform to make it easier and more intuitive for teams to use. The user interface has been refreshed with a modern design, new navigation controls, and a cleaner colour palette, and we’ve added a dark mode option.
Questionnaire Builder
Our Questionnaire Builder is now more flexible than ever. You can duplicate and customise standard questionnaires, add scoring and business logic, and even share forms with anonymous external respondents for public-facing campaigns. This makes it simple to gather feedback or run surveys without compromising security.
Inter Agency Partner Working
We’ve also introduced a new Referrer Role, allowing trusted external partners to create referrals and track their progress securely. This feature helps strengthen collaboration and ensures referrals are managed efficiently.
Integration with Gov.UK SMS
You can now set up configurable notifications via SMS (integrated with Gov.UK) and email. These alerts can be triggered by changes in job status—such as when a visit is arranged, rearranged, cancelled, or completed—and you can even add time offsets or include post-visit survey links.
Bulk Messaging
Finally, for proactive engagement, we’ve added bulk messaging capabilities. This means you can send SMS or email updates to campaign lists or targeted groups based on search results, helping you reach the right people quickly and effectively.
