XVR Simulation was founded in The Netherlands in 2000 with the vision to build practical, impactful and user-friendly training tools that utilise virtual reality to safely and effectively experience major incidents, enabling first responders to enhance their competence and expertise.
In 2021, XVR merged to become part of the LearnPro Group, which has since become a global leader in VR training and e-learning for first responders, public and third sector organisations.
In 2026, key training products from UK-based RiVR were added to the XVR portfolio, further expanding our comprehensive suite of immersive training products and assessment tools.
We are proud to have built an engaged, dedicated, and talented global community of XVR users who connect, share knowledge, and collaborate across borders and sectors. We work closely with senior leaders and training experts to ensure our products evolve to meet market needs, and we get together several times a year for user group meetings, webinars and more, to exchange ideas and feedback.
