Product training is available throughout the year or can be delivered on demand, tailored to your organisation’s needs and experience level. Our trainers and product specialists help you hit the ground running, ensuring you and your team can use the software effectively to deliver real value for your organisation and the communities you serve.
We offer a range of basic and advanced training for new and experienced users, as well as regular workshops and webinars. In some markets, these services are offered by our XVR Partners.
All new XVR users are onboarded with our 2-day basic training, allowing all relevant staff to get acquainted with the software and setting them up to build and operate their own training scenarios. This training is also suitable for onboarding new staff or as a “refresher” course.
We offer our 2-day advanced training programme for novice users of the software who want to sharpen their skills and build more complex training scenarios. This training can be tailored to your unique needs and requirements, or specialised themes such as wildfire training (using the Fire Front wildfire simulator), hazmat training, etc.
We offer annual in-person workshops to get up to speed with any new features and functionalities. Users are also invited to attend regular webinars where we cover a range of topics, such as how to use specific features, tips and tricks for instructors and builders, and use cases from other XVR users.
We develop bespoke (online) training for organisations who are working to meet specific (VR) training goals or who are building highly custom environments/incident scenarios.
