Join FRS prevention and protection colleagues across the FRS community to see the latest P+P product features! We’ll be demonstrating how our specialist prevention, protection and operational risk software helps transform the planning, management and tracking of these critical activities.
Key new P+P features we will show:
- Redesigned UX with new controls, navigation and colour palate – with support for ‘dark mode’
- You can now ‘duplicate’ a system-provided/standard questionnaire in the Questionnaire Builder and customise scoring, etc.
- We have added support for external ‘anonymous’ users to support public interaction with questionnaires
- We have introduced a referrer role and functionality so they can directly create referrals and see status. (A login is required)
- We have added configurable notifications via SMS and Email which can be triggered by job stage changes and a minus or plus time offset – such as visit arranged, rearranged, cancelled, complete, etc. They can be sent based on configured templates and via SMS (via Gov UK integration) or email to the relevant contact in the CRM
- We can now support the inclusion of a link to a questionnaire for a post-visit survey from the SMS or email
- We are also adding the ability to send SMS or email messages in bulk to contacts on a campaign list or in a returned search result in the main console

- Microsoft 365 integrations facilitate seamless Single Sign-On, providing direct access to data and tasks within Outlook and document storage in SharePoint Online
- Questionnaires feature pre-qualification phases, automated scoring and workflows to guarantee consistent service and results.
- Integrated risk information from various job types can be accessed via Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs) and automated Site Specific Risk Information (SSRI) document outputs
