Discover our extended suite of complementary Fire Service platforms, available through LearnPro Group. These include Prevent + Protect, for specialist prevention, protection, hydrants and ops risk management. It integrates with our FireWatch fire service resource management software to connect preventative work, resource planning and emergency response. Plus, there’s learnPro LMS for e-learning, XVR, our VR Simulation Training platform, and more!
The Prevent + Protect platform will support us in bringing together a range of prevention, protection, operational risk, and hydrant data into one solution. Having a unified and accurate picture of risk is essential for the way we plan our work, engage with communities and support our firefighters on the ground. This new platform will replace several legacy systems and give our teams a more consistent and accessible view of the information they need.
Improvements have already been seen in the monitoring and management of maintaining our availability for Operational response, for our communities, and we are continuing to explore further functionality in the use of FireWatch to improve our support of staff competence and the management of Operational appliances and equipment.
By adopting the new cross-platform FireWatch app, we believe that staff will benefit from improved access to key information. We are committed to investing in information and communication technology that helps to improve the efficiency and resilience of our Service. This will help us to deliver a more effective service to the communities we serve.
FireWatch provides a single integrated cloud solution and user experience that can be accessed via the Web, App, Microsoft365 and other locations. It enables us to deliver further FireWatch improvements, creating efficiencies in our ways of working, bringing On-Call colleagues into FireWatch, increasing visibility of our available resources, and streamlining the user experience.
Ensuring that we have advanced, flexible and accurate technology is key for our service. We have worked closely with Infographics [LearnPro Group] to ensure that FireWatch is exactly what we need to increase the visibility of available resources and people to keep residents safe.
The deployment of the FireWatch Mobilisation Interface ensures an accurate view of real-time resource availability and competence across the Service, as FireWatch is now directly integrated with emergency dispatch operations within Joint Fire Control.
