West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service selects FireWatch as its new Cloud-based HRM and Rostering platform
West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (WYFRS) has selected FireWatch, from LearnPro Group, as its new Cloud‑based Human Resources Management, Rostering and Availability solution.
The multi‑year contract will see FireWatch deployed to 1,500 staff across 40 sites, supporting WYFRS’ strategic modernisation programme and its commitment to delivering efficient, data‑driven, and resilient digital services. The solution will provide a fully integrated platform connecting HR, rostering, availability, training, and operational data across the organisation.
