It’s clear that this year’s FireWatch User Conference in November was a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and shared vision across our Fire & Rescue Service community – and we loved spending time with our users at the beautiful Norton Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh.
The conference brought together customers from across the UK to explore how AI-powered enterprise resource planning and integrated solutions are shaping the future of fire service management.
Key Highlights
Our customers! Bradley Thomas from Surrey Fire and Rescue Service gave an excellent presentation on the customer journey with FireWatch and Prevent + Protect, which was incredibly insightful. Thanks again to Bradley!
AI at the Core:
Delegates saw first-hand how the latest FireWatch AI-driven features are transforming data interaction—enabling voice and plain-English commands, real-time KPI insights, and automated workflows for resource planning and risk prioritisation.
Prevent + Protect in Action:
Dedicated tracks showcased how integrated case and job management tools are streamlining prevention, protection, and operational risk activities, helping services target efforts where they matter most.
Immersive Learning:
The XVR virtual reality zone was a valuable, fun bonus, offering delegates the chance to experience cutting-edge simulation training that enhances operational readiness.
Collaboration & Networking: Beyond the sessions, informal discussions over dinner and breakouts reinforced the strength of our community and encouraged sharing of best practices, challenges, and success stories.
What Resonated Most:
The overarching theme was data-driven decision-making powered by AI, and how this technology is no longer a future concept but a present reality. Attendees left with what we hope were many practical insights.
But most of all, we all left with a sense of what a great bunch of people make up our user community.
Looking Ahead:
The enthusiasm and ideas generated during these two days set the tone for an exciting year ahead. As we continue to evolve FireWatch and its complementary solutions within the LearnPro Group, the focus remains clear: empowering Fire & Rescue Services with tools that deliver efficiency, insight, and resilience.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, contributed to discussions, and helped make this event a success. Here’s to building on this momentum and driving innovation together in 2026 and beyond.
