What a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding two days we had at the Fire Service College for this year’s OneLPG Annual User Conference! From insightful customer and industry expert-led sessions to technology innovations and inspiring conversations, the event truly showcased the strength and collaboration within our Fire & Emergency Services community.
Particular highlights included customer and partner journeys from Richard McInnes and Andy Scott at Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Scott Collins and Pierre-Yves Authier from Effective Command Canada, and Pippa Steele from the Fire Service College.
This year was also extra special as we introduced something new – the LearnPro Group Customer Awards. These accolades recognise the outstanding contributions of our customers, who consistently go above and beyond to drive innovation, partnership, and excellence every day. Congratulations again to our 2025 Award Winners!

Your achievements set the benchmark for what’s possible, and we couldn’t be prouder to recognise your efforts.
We also had the opportunity to introduce the newer members of our expanded software suite to our UK and international user community, spotlighting FireWatch, Prevent + Protect, and Redkite, which recently joined with XVR, pdrPro and learnPro within our strengthened LearnPro Group, as we build towards a new future.
Looking Ahead:
This is just the beginning! In 2026, we’ll expand the conference format and awards programme to deliver more value and celebrate even more success stories across our community. We’re excited to keep building on the momentum and continue supporting the incredible work you do to keep communities safe.
