„Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vorteil von Virtual Reality besteht f\u00fcr mich darin, dass die M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Erstellung und Anpassung von Szenarien nahezu unbegrenzt sind.“<\/p>\n\n

Jaap de Geus – UMCG AmbulancezorgIm Jahr 2008 begannen wir, Virtual Reality f\u00fcr das Training von eskalierten Notfallsituationen einzusetzen. Zun\u00e4chst entwickelten wir kleinere Szenarien, um Rettungsdienstmitarbeitende auf Abl\u00e4ufe bei der Ankunft an Einsatzorten vorzubereiten. Anschlie\u00dfend nutzten wir virtuelle Szenarien auch im Rahmen von Auswahlverfahren, um Kandidaten hinsichtlich ihrer Entscheidungsf\u00e4higkeit, ihres Lagebewusstseins und ihrer Kommunikationskompetenz zu beurteilen. <\/p>\n\n

Mit der Weiterentwicklung der Technologie haben wir Virtual Reality zunehmend in unser Ausbildungs- und Trainingsprogramm integriert. Heute nutzen wir VR, um Rettungsfachkr\u00e4fte mit unterschiedlichen Erfahrungsstufen auf eine Vielzahl von Einsatzlagen vorzubereiten und Verfahrensabl\u00e4ufe zu trainieren \u2013 beispielsweise bei Flugzeug- oder Zugungl\u00fccken.XVR erm\u00f6glicht es uns zudem, gro\u00df angelegte \u00dcbungen durchzuf\u00fchren. So konnten wir in den Jahren 2012 und 2014 insgesamt 660 Mitarbeitende des Rettungsdienstes innerhalb von nur 26 Tagen f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfschadenslagen trainieren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus organisieren wir jedes Jahr in einer der drei n\u00f6rdlichen Provinzen ein F\u00fchrungs- und Koordinationstraining f\u00fcr Rettungsfachkr\u00e4fte, Leitstellenmitarbeitende und Einsatzleiter. Dabei kombinieren wir Virtual Reality mit Whiteboard-basierten Trainingsmethoden des Emergo Train Systems. <\/p>\n\n

Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vorteil von Virtual Reality besteht f\u00fcr mich darin, dass die M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Erstellung und Anpassung von Szenarien nahezu unbegrenzt sind. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen wir unseren Rettungsdienstteams Erfahrungen in einem wesentlich breiteren Spektrum von Einsatzlagen vermitteln.Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, dass Teilnehmende Abl\u00e4ufe in einer vollst\u00e4ndig kontrollierten Umgebung trainieren k\u00f6nnen.
