LearnPro Group Community
At LearnPro Group, we believe in the power of community. We are proud that a community has formed around our products that is dedicated, passionate and active across all our sectors – both online and in person.
We are also excited to be able to facilitate users to get in touch with and share their knowledge with one another – not only between similar organisations, but also across sectors and national borders. By encouraging our users to share their experiences outside their organisations, we create national and international networks that strengthen the skills and knowhow between blue-light, health and public sector professionals and the communities they serve. By providing online sharing platforms, our users upload and exchange learning materials, training scenarios and other assets via the learnPro LMS and the XVR Community portal, and many take part in the in-person events that take place throughout the year to further grow their networks.
User group meetings
By hosting annual events, we give our customers the opportunity and platform to share their feedback and experiences with using our products – with us and with each other.
For many of us at LearnPro Group, the highlights of the year are our annual User Group Meetings. Taking place in multiple countries on 3 continents throughout the year, we bring together professionals from the emergency services, health and public sector to share best practices and provide an opportunity for our users to network and learn from each other.
At these events, our product experts introduce the latest developments, just as we offer break-out sessions and workshops to get hands-on experience with the software, be inspired to try new solutions, or to troubleshoot with our staff. We also encourage our users to provide direct feedback on new features and future roadmap, allowing us to continuously improve our products in line with customer needs.
