Company Overview: LearnPro Group is a global leader in HR, training and operational software for blue light services. Following our acquisition of Infographics UK in 2024, we are investing in the growth of Prevent + Protect, our fire risk prevention & protection software, for the UK Fire & Rescue market.
Role Overview: The Delivery Manager will oversee the deployment of Prevent + Protect across the UK FRS sector. This role will bring their experience of working in fire prevention & protection to identify and win new opportunities, plan and deploy at new customer sites and work with our community of users to ensure continuous improvement in the product. This role is crucial in ensuring that fire services across the UK have access to reliable and effective software solutions to enhance their fire risk prevention and protection efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Prevent + Protect deployments;
- User Engagement: Provide ongoing support to UK Fire Service users to ensure high levels of performance of Prevent + Protect;
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in fire risk prevention and protection technologies, identifying opportunities for enhancing software functionality and user experience;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Fire Services, NFCC and other key stakeholders to contribute towards industry advancement;
- Business Development: Support the Sales and Marketing teams in identifying new business opportunities, and assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for potential clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
Should have:
- Senior-level responsibility for fire prevention and/or protection at a UK Fire Service;
- Experience working with Prevent + Protect, CFRMIS, Farynor or other similar tools;
- Strong understanding of fire risk prevention and protection legislation and FRS requirements;
- Experience in project management and delivery.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Sales or as part of a Bid Team- either on the side of the Supplier or Buyer;
- Strong network in UK Fire;
- A passion for blue light services.
Other information:
For this role you can work remotely and will be required to travel to client sites across the UK, therefore you would need to be based in the UK and willing and able to travel.
