At present the schedule will show when a unit of competence is due for renewal, so if the unit has expired it will show, but individual elements do not. Some of your units may only have one element in which case the due element is the unit as well. You should run the Element Renewals report to get a true reflection of the elements that are due for renewal. You can also set an Elements due/overdue (shows those due that day and any that have gone beyond the date for renewal) to show on the dashboard. Note that this dashboard report cannot show elements coming due, that requires the Element Renewals report to be run.
The screen view from the previous version had different logs to click on, which then led to the entry screen. This has been replaced with a drop-down menu at the top left of the Event Log screen, use the arrow to show the list and then select.
Please check the Customise Reports option in Lookups (this is in the Editors module) and ensure the relevant reports are selected. Some have been changed so that there are different names and some consolidated – Activity Details Search Report is new and consolidates Assessor Updates, Individual Updates and Activity Search from the previous version). If it is e-learning you can ask the individual on their return to open their own schedule and complete any that are showing due for the period they weren’t present. If it is training not set up as e-learning you can carry it out at the next appropriate date by selecting it from the schedule and the system will record the actual date delivered and the renewal calculated accordingly.
