Redkite User Group Meeting 2025

Two Fantastic Days of Innovation and Collaboration

Last Thursday and Friday, the Redkite User Group Meeting (UGM) took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Birmingham, bringing together over 70 customers from across the UK and beyond — including representatives from Jersey, Cardiff, Aberdeen, and even Gibraltar Airports.

The two-day event began with a warm welcome from LearnPro Group CEO, Costi Karayannis, who reflected on the past six months since Redkite joined the LearnPro Group family. Attendees were introduced to the latest Redkite product updates, including key enhancements to the Competency Management System and a preview of the upcoming Equipment Management System upgrade.

Customers also had the opportunity to explore other LearnPro Group solutions, including the XVR Simulation platform and the learnPro Learning Management System. A highlight of the day was a roundtable discussion on adapting XVR for the UK aviation sector, with strong interest in its potential for Airport Fire Services.

Customer feedback throughout was positive and forward-looking. One attendee shared:

“I’ve been using the new version for 15 months now with great success. It engages firefighters and encourages accountability for their training.”

Several airports volunteered on the spot to trial the new Equipment Management System, and the E-Log module also generated excitement. One attendee noted prior use in the Air Force and expressed a strong desire to implement it at their airport.

The evening provided a relaxed networking dinner — a great opportunity for attendees to connect in a more informal setting.

Day two offered a more personal experience, with 1-to-1 sessions between customers and product or customer success experts, allowing for tailored conversations and deeper engagement.

Overall, the RedKite UGM was a resounding success — marked by innovation, collaboration, and a shared commitment to the future of Redkite within the LearnPro Group.
