Our aim was to invest in our staff, ensuring they felt well-trained and supported in their personal and professional development.

The introduction of learnPro LMS has been a significant step forward in our commitment to enhancing the quality of services and support we provide. As part of this effort.

Staff engagement was a challenge 

Progress to Date:

  • 70% of staff have either completed all 10 core mandatory modules or are actively working through their learning plans.
  • Safe to Practice in-person training sessions have been fully integrated, with renewal dates now visible to both staff and their managers.
  • Staff can download e-learning certificates, and by early 2025, we plan for certificates of In Person Safe to Practice training to be downloadable for our staff and managers. 

What’s Next:

  • Soon, we will support out staff to link their external accounts.. This will allow external training, such as Infection Control, to be seamlessly integrated into staff learnPro learning plan. This feature will help maintain a centralised record of all training.
  • Plans are underway to introduce Continuous Professional Development (CPD) modules for all staff. Additionally, we are encouraging our staff to add any learning completed on LearnPro uploaded to the SSSC Registration as it meets Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) requirements for staff registered with the SSSC.

We are excited to continue supporting staff growth and development through learnPro and look forward to the positive changes this platform will bring. We are grateful to the support the team at learnPro has provided us.
