Hereford & Worcester FRS Selects FireWatch

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service Selects LearnPro Group’s FireWatch Platform to Modernise Workforce, HR, and Operational Planning

London, UK — Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) has selected the FireWatch platform from LearnPro Group to support the modernisation of its workforce, HR, and operational planning functions.

Under the new agreement, HWRFS will transition from its current system to a modern, resilient Azure-based SaaS environment. It will provide a secure, scalable, and fully supported FireWatch solution that integrates seamlessly with its Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Hereford and Worcestershire Fire & Rescue Service set out to modernise and replace its collection of HR, time, and workforce management tools with a single, Cloud‑based solution that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365.

  • Microsoft Outlook, Email, and To-Do List integration
  • Emergency Out‑of‑Hours/24 x7 support cover
