Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts & Renewals Manager to join our Sales Operations Team. This hybrid role bridges sales operations and customer retention, with a core focus on managing contracts and securing renewals for our UK Blue Light (Fire, Police, Ambulance) customers. You’ll work closely with Sales, CX (Customer Success), and Finance to ensure commercial terms are aligned with an agreed approach, that renewals are seamless, and customers are set up for long-term success.
