AI-powered Enterprise Resource Planning
We’ll be exploring the evolving Fire & Rescue technology landscape, including key strategies shared at recent NFCC DDaT conferences and insights from our ongoing conversations with leading Services. A major theme will be the growing role of Artificial Intelligence and the increasing need for consolidated activity and operational data across the UKFRS sector.
We’ll also showcase how our latest AI-powered features are transforming how senior leaders and delivery teams access, interpret, and act on data—enabling more efficient enterprise resource planning, risk management, and targeted prevention and protection activities.
A key focus will be on how customers can interact with systems using voice and plain English commands to interrogate information and drive meaningful actions. We’ll demonstrate how users can:
- Quickly understand data and KPIs, generate graphical outputs on demand, and complete actions with ease
- Automate resource deficit and fulfilment processes to improve appliance availability
